When a user signs up for either of our Pro plans (Professional or Business), we process the first month’s fee via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). We will then bill you on that day of each month for as long as you want to keep your Crowdbooster Pro subscription. We do not require yearly commitments or contracts for any of our plans. In addition, you may downgrade to a Personal account at any time and continue using Pro features until 30 days after the date of your last payment. After your 30 days have expired, you can continue using the Personal plan and upgrade back to Pro at anytime.
